RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Welcome to TERAN KITCHEN CO. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or refund according to the following refund and return policy.

  1. Return Period

Customers can apply for a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods.

Return requests after 30 calendar days will not be accepted unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

  1. Return Conditions

Goods that meet the following conditions can be returned:

The goods are unused and undamaged;
The goods are in their original condition and packaging;
All accessories, instructions, and gifts are complete;
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

The following situations may not meet the return conditions:

Damage caused by improper use by the customer;
Human-caused damage, modification, or abnormal wear;
Missing original packaging or important accessories;
Exceeding the specified return period.

  1. Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive:

Goods damaged in transit;

Incorrect goods;

Goods with manufacturing defects;

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods and provide:

Order number;

Product photos;

Packaging photos (if applicable);

Description of the problem.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

  1. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund review result via email.

If the refund is approved:

The funds will be refunded to the original payment method;

Processing is usually completed within 5–10 business days;
Actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment institution.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless due to defective goods, incorrect shipment, or legal requirements.

  1. Return Shipping Costs Returns Due to Customer Reasons

If you request a return for the following reasons:

The item is no longer needed;

Incorrect purchase;

Size or style does not meet personal preference;

TERAN KITCHEN CO. will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Items that are visibly used;
Items missing major parts or accessories;
Items that are damaged beyond repair and cannot be resold;
Items that are legally non-returnable.
