Currently, TERAN KITCHEN CO. only offers delivery services within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping services, including but not limited to Canada, Europe, Asia, and other countries and regions.
Delivery covers the 48 contiguous states of the United States, and some areas that meet the carrier’s delivery conditions.
- Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed after successful payment and approval.
Order processing time: 1–3 business days. Weekends and US public holidays are not included in processing time. Order processing time may be extended during peak sales periods.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

- Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

is listed as lost;
please contact us within 7 calendar days of discovering the problem and provide:

tracking number
product photos (if applicable)
we will assist in submitting an investigation request to the carrier.
